Auger and Chainsaw Attachments mod

  multiple attachments for the the Auger and Chainsaw.
  This mod will turn into Power Series 2 - Tools of Power once I have a more signficant update.
  Quicker Fixer Upper tool is the enhanced version of the nailgun.
  I got permission for Elucidus to use the impact wrench in my stuff and will likely fold it in with the powerseries 2 release

  co-authored this mod with Xyth and is my first actual co-author.
  Loot through the 2 sides of the bars.
